My journey as a coach began years ago when colleagues sought my guidance in challenging situations. One colleague even started asking themselves, “What would Andrea do?” before important meetings. This experience, along with my background leading global teams, propelled me to pursue coaching formally. I obtained certifications and a master’s degree in organizational development and leadership, focusing on developing people’s potential.

Coaching is my calling, and I continuously strive to improve my skills. It brings me great fulfillment to help individuals become the best versions of themselves, embracing their uniqueness and leveraging their strengths. I encourage my clients to let go of comparison, break free from others’ expectations, and build a life and career that aligns with their vision of success. My ultimate goal is to empower women to step into their power, love who they are, and make a positive impact in the world.
